Springing into action
Crypto democratized investing, and Web3 provided a decentralized framework. However, managing investments still relied on traditional finance methods. Our founders experienced the frustrating and time-consuming process of handling everything through spreadsheets and forms while investing in Web3. After facing too many headaches, they set out to create a better, faster, and more secure solution they could trust and scale for everyone else.
Makers of the Web3 private market
We started with a big “what if?”
What if individual people knew what a private market was?
What if regular people knew and had access to this private market?
What if we created a place where projects could list the tokens themselves and investors could meet them there - a place where price discovery could happen?
We believe that the private market should be a little less…private, that opening up access is the right way to operate in Web3. And to open up that access, everyone needs the best tools to do so.
So we built Spring.
And by building this, we created a new home for the Web3 private market. Our teams developed automated tools that allow you to have everything you need to invest, vest, and grow. We built onchain, created secure smart contracts, and used Saas tools to meet the unique needs of our customers. Our plan is to continue building smart solutions to really hard complex problems.
We started with a “what if” and we’re continuing with a “what's next.
Our origin history
Crypto made everyone an investor and Web3 provided a democratized and decentralized backdrop. But the work to actually become an investor still belonged to traditional finance. When our founders personally were investing in Web3, they discovered the frustrating and time consuming process that came with managing everything on spreadsheets and forms. After one too many headaches, they decided to create something better, faster, more secure. Something they could trust for themselves and then scale up for everyone else to use.
