There are many techniques for keeping your Outlook information on two different machines. However, contrary to what you may have read in some Outlook 2000 books, Microsoft has not released a synchronization utility for Outlook 2000.

For Exchange Server users, offline folders to replicate data from your
mailbox and favorite Public Folders to a remote system
