From:
Marvin Henry
c/o PO BOX 3333
GRAPEVINE, TX 76099

Friends,

I am in my 13th year of prison, I came in at age 28, I'm now
old before my time, from a chained spirit, and a lonely heart, at age 42.
I am seeking to find individuals and places that will assist me on a
regular basis to promote my name and address in publications, bulletin
boards, electronic bulletin boards, and the internet web pages. (for pen
pal ads) I can afford to pay for expences incurred, and will.

These are some facts about me for any ad you may wish to write to help.
I'm American, a white male 41 till June then 42 of course.
did well in computer programing at LEE College in Tx.
I grew up on motorcycles, owning my first at age ten, motocross and flat
track racer, stunt rider, and motorcycle and car demolisher (I totaled out
every one I ever owned and myself a few times).
I enjoy learning and am nerdish in my lack of interest in sports or fiction
books,
My interest is in science, technology, medecine, and nature, exploring and
learning.
Sex is an important interest but only as an extention of real and deep
spiritualy bonded LOVE. In short the aching of my heart is stronger than
the aching of my body. (aching should be substituted with loneliness).

Having destroyed my life, wasted my youth, and used up my most promising
years, I now search for someone qualified for the challenge of making the
best from whats left, and yet turning life around and winning in a big way
if possible and I the ever optimist believe it will be, and will enjoy
the struggle, with the right women at my side.
My hair is blonde, eyes blue, face aged but a boyish smile lives on.
Height 5'11" weight 185, an avid weight lifting exercise hobbiest.
Honesty, integrity, idealism and love for others is a natural attraction
for me that engenders respect in me for the person showing these qualities.
I left home at age 13 living on my own by pillage and plundering, I grew up
lawless and only later in life learned the ideals that I hold true today.
Namely to treat all people good or bad, as I would wish to be treated,
(but stay in fighting shape for those who would take kindness for weakness)
I believe in living a life that adds to the world around me rather than
takes from it, and am by reputation very successfull at it.
You have my permission to write and publish
any ad in my behalf good or bad.
Thank you for any help

NOTE: I SPEAK AND WRITE IN ENGLISH ONLY

As you've read, Lizabeth's sweetie Steve is having quadruple bypass surgery
this Monday, April 20th.

Both Steve and Lizabeth freelance; the though of six weeks imposed
unemployment can be - at the very least - daunting, in the best of
circumstances. When I last spoke with Lizabeth, she told me their insurance
won't cover all of the costs involved in this surgery, which only makes the
financial situation more grim.

In one of the most admirable traditions of the WELL, I'm asking anyone who
wants to - and who is able - to help defray some of these costs by sending a
contribution to:

Steve Glaser
PO Box 6266
Chammpaign, IL 61826

Thanks for helping.

ABORTION

Think of the worst criminal there is.
He's strapped down on a gurney; his
terrified head attaced to a robotic. In
less than five seconds his anesthetised
brain is punched, pulverized and vacu-
umed out. The witnesses at this scene
look happy.

Now to change the subject a bit.

We believe that no girl wants to have an
abortion. Deep in her psyche she yearns
for a healthy baby. But the problem is
money. And even if she could afford it
and have the precious time to raise it
properly, due to the rotten socioeco-
nomic environment outside the home,
there is no assurance that the child will
not turn out like the enterprising obste-
trician touched upon in the ghastly but
arguably humane spectacle above.

Jesus, how can anyone honestly be for
abortion? But shouldn't we see the evil-
ness of the capitalist system? As well as
the need to terminate it? Learn how.

The New World Book of Rolands

Dear William,

I have exciting news for you and all Rolands! Though we are probably not
related, I want to tell you about extensive work done throughout the world
on a project relating the the distinguished Roland name. What might be the
oldest facts about Rolands in North America have been discovered. Now, an
astounding new book, "THE NEW WORLD BOOK OF ROLANDS," is about to be
published for you - and it features Rolands that date back to 1656...

I still prefer snail mail.
Nothing like coming home to a happy, handwritten card from someone...
I am less fond of the bills...

I too like snail mail, but I'm appalling at writing to people. It's just such a chore!

I like to scan a handwritten letter and send it as an attachment to my
sister so my mom can get a nice, handwritten letter, even though it comes
off my sisters printer.

i was getting ready to say, who in the heck handwrites letters anymore? (well,
ok, i do sometimes). even my family sends form letters with my name written
in. i hate those things. what, one size fits all?

ha-ha!!

Mum hates my handwritten letters, she says my handwriting is bad. So I don't write anymore, we just e-mail - so much easier. But she still paints me birthday cards - I love that about her. She's a really caring person, and a wonderful painter.

It's her biological grandmother, as opposed to her adroid grandmother.
Important distinction.

UPDATES

The Socialist Party of Pennsylvania at its last state convention voiced its
oppostion to the impeachment of President Clinton. Cheating on his wife, and
even lying under oath is simply not a high crime or misdemeanor worthy of
impeachment. We object to the right-wing's attempt to destroy Clinton at any
cost because he is not one of them.

--

We in the Socialist Party of Pennsylvania have protested in the past the U.S.
military attacks on Iraq, and we will continue to do so. These are not
genuine cases of self-defense. It is hypocritical of the U.S. to demand
Iraq to give up its weapons of mass destruction when the U.S. is armed to
the teeth. No good and much harm will come from these attacks on Iraq.

--

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has turned down Mumia Abu-Jamal's appeal for
a new trial. A Pennsylvania state court has also turned down Lisa Lambert's
appeal. They are both being railroaded. It is up to the federal courts now
to bring justice.
